At 52 years old, I transformed my life and lost over 70 pounds of fat naturally through fat burning, walking, strength training, and most importantly, learning how to fuel my body with real food.
For years, I thought feeling overweight, exhausted, inflamed, and stuck was just part of getting older. I was wrong.
Now my mission is to help women in midlife understand they are not stuck either. You are not too old. Your life is not over. And it is absolutely possible to become strong, healthy, confident, and fit again.
I do not sell quick fixes or extreme diets. I am here to coach you to rebuild your body, your mindset, and your confidence in a way that actually lasts.
